Howdy everyone!!
Today I am sharing my first DT post for the team Glimps....

I have made a little holder for one of my sentiment album using an empty box from some envelopes....I particularly like to upcycle things and give them a new life as something pretty and practical...

This is what I started with...

Then with a few patterned papers and a bit of fiddling.... waalaa...

Then came the fun bit adding an image and I couldnt go past this Glimp cutie.....steampunk fairy

Back to School

Hi popping in again today so I can share a card I made for the September challenge at Some Odd Girl and I used the optional twist of OFF TO SCHOOL.

Here in Australia we are nearing the end of our school year so I have used the twist to create a Teacher Thank You card and this little cutie was perfect for the job.

Dark Fairy Kate 

So now I can hear you asking how did I become a dark fairy???? Well it all started at the beginning of the year when I had to have a diet change and let me just say it was drastic!! Now a couple of those things I can no longer have are coffee and chocolate.... I can hear you groaning already, trust me I was the same I love me chocolate but I really can't do without at least 1 cup of coffee so I had to make the decision of no more chocolate so I could keep that 1 cup of coffee.

But lately I have been feeling a bit strange and noticed a few weird things happening around my local area, there is no chocolate to be found, it is as if someone or something is stealing it all. Good for me right - no temptation!!! But now that is all anyone can talk about. This dark and sinister force stealing everyones stash be it secret or not.. There have been stories of it flying in a grabbing blocks straight out of peoples hands in brazen attackes.... Who and what is yet to be discovered but I am sure it is for the best......RIGHT!!!!

Conchita by SBS

Hi popping in today to share some inspiration with the amazing Conchita image from Simply B Stamps which you can get here. She is one of the images that came out as part of the September a day in 2016 and they are all amazing images!!!

With this image I have done something a bit different..... I have coloured her with my Spectrum Noir pencils.. Yep you got it my first image with pencils. It was a bit scary at first but I really like how she has turned out.

So don't forget to go and have a look at the September images and grab a few because they may not be around much longer.....
