Final challenges over at Come and Get It

So the time has come for the final challenge over on the Come and Get It challenge Blog and while I haven't been there all that long  I have enjoyed sharing my inspiration and working with some amazing sponsors.

The week I got to work with this cute little kangaroo from Sasayaki Glitter and thought what better way to leave than with my own little Aussie spin on things......

My little 4yr old daughter asked if I could colour it as a "white bloomer" since she has been busy practicing and learning the 6 White Bloomer carol for her Christmas break up and Kindy the last few weeks, and why not since it an Australian Christmas Carol.

Anyway I hope you love his green and gold theme and make sure to pop over and join in the last challenge (there is some amazing prizes up for grabs).....

And while it is sad to see Come and Get It go I will be back to show off one more card for them in a couple weeks

Till then happy craftings

Easel Post it box for Glimps

Howdy Everyone!!

Today I am sharing 2 Easel Post it boxes I have made for my daughters using 2 of the amazing Christmas images available in the Glimps shop...

While scrolling on pinterest one day I came across a tutorial for these cute little holders and thought they would be perfect for the girls to put little notes in and a pencil and to sit on their desk.
Would like to have a look at the tutorial yourself easel post it box video tutorial
I have followed the directions for the tutorial exactly for the owl box but changed the sizes up on the unicorn to fit the image better...

I have coloured both images with my copics

Hope you love my little holders as much as the girls and I do and until next time Merry Christmas and Happy Crafting!!!!

Boil and Toil

Betty from SBS asked us to colour her new images with our favourite colour blends and today I am sharing my Lime Green contribution

I have used the new Boil and Toil Digi

I have used it to start off my colour journal which I have been putting off doing for over 3 years (better late than never right) and I have used 3 of my favourite lime green colour blends

Cauldron - G28 YG17 YG06 YG03
Potion - G05 YG11 YG00
Hate Band - G05 YG21

Of all these I am really in love with the potion blend and how airy and bubbly looking I got it..

So why not go and grab these great images and have a go yourself with some new blends...
Happy colouring
