Emo's are back!!!

Simply B Stamps is rereleasing all the Emo's from 2010 and 2011 into the store and I had the fun of getting crafty with the Christmas set.

Keep and eye out HERE as they are getting reloaded bit by bit.

I have used the 6 images in this set to make a gift bag banner to hang on our display cabinet for Christmas this year. (eventually I hope to have 24 done so the kids can fill them with little crafty bits as they have been wanting to do an advent calendar for mummy).

So here is the first two in the series

Hope you love them as much as I do and be sure to pop in grab them as well

Happy Australia Day Glimps Stlye

Howdy Everyone from Sunny Queensland in Australia!

Welcome to my latest inspiration post for the Glimps Stamps.
January 26 here in Australia is our national holiday with Australia Day and so
today I am sharing a 3D shadow box card I have made with an Aussie tone using 3 amazing beachy Glimps images (the beach is a huge part of Aussie culture and we love spending time by the ocean)
I have used....

and Surf

And here we have the 3D shadow box card I have made using by adding some of cute summer extras from the Polkadoodles Winnie Starfish and Sandcastles collection.

And here is a view to show the 3D effect.

Hope you have enjoyed my little Aussie flavour today and wherever you are have a great Australia Day.

Cheers Kate!

I am loving these girls at the moment because not only are they having some great winter fun (and it is stinking hot here at the moment) but they also have a bit more curvy figure.

Hope you love her as much as I do....

Secret Stocking Swap for SBS

Hi today we are have a blog hop with the participants of the secret stocking swap at SBS.
We were all given an amazing image from Betty to colour up and use for our cards and then we added some fun Christmas socks, candy and other fun goodies and then sent them off to our secret partner. Today we finally get to reveal what we received and who we sent to..

So first up the image - you can grab her here

And now to the amazing package I received from the lovely Angie Jones
The card.............................
And the rest of the goodies...............

Due to some diet restrictions I asked for no candy/choc and instead received some crafting goodies, a gorgeous stocking to hang and as Christmas socks are so hard to find in Australia some Santa thongs which I love and are the perfect size (and so much better than socks in the heat at the moment)

And here is what I sent to my partner Debbie Pamment
Card.................

And the goodies..........

Now onto the housekeeping side of things so you can hop along and check out what everyone got.

Starts at the SBS blog: http://simplybstamps.blogspot.com
Ends with Gail Hutchinson hutcho53.blogspot.com
Then we have our Facebook swappers: who will post to the SBS Friends group

Happy Crafting!!!!

Final challenges over at Come and Get It

So the time has come for the final challenge over on the Come and Get It challenge Blog and while I haven't been there all that long  I have enjoyed sharing my inspiration and working with some amazing sponsors.

The week I got to work with this cute little kangaroo from Sasayaki Glitter and thought what better way to leave than with my own little Aussie spin on things......

My little 4yr old daughter asked if I could colour it as a "white bloomer" since she has been busy practicing and learning the 6 White Bloomer carol for her Christmas break up and Kindy the last few weeks, and why not since it an Australian Christmas Carol.

Anyway I hope you love his green and gold theme and make sure to pop over and join in the last challenge (there is some amazing prizes up for grabs).....

And while it is sad to see Come and Get It go I will be back to show off one more card for them in a couple weeks

Till then happy craftings
